We sell the Quintessential wood fired oven here in the US and it works well for a oven type that does not combine the fire directly with the food in the cooking chamber.  I have cooked in that type several times and have had nice results.

 that zesti 1100 oven looks great . it has a formed dome that bolts to a s.s. frame . unfortunately it is an australian co. i think that formed dome  would be a popular alternative to all of the work in building a wfo oven.
