W will be making a couple of thr BTB Malnati stye pies today (first shot by the way).  I was wondering about how much cheeseis standard issue.

I will be using a 10" cast iron skillet. Thanks for any help or suggestions not just about the cheese but about anything else.

About half a pound for a 10".  I use right about one pound for 14" and 3/4 for a 12".

For 10" I tend to use a little over a half a pound. That is because I love cheese though too Smiley
