You do get that innovative peel with it but $100 AUD seems pricey.

So a backing tin with a stone on top - may just give that a try as well as everything else I have done recently.

For several years in the U.S. there have been several iterations of a device called PizzaGrill. You can see the latest version at http://www.amazon.com/VillaWare-PizzaGrill-BBQ-Pizza-Maker/dp/B000ATUP5G/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top. I first wrote about this device in 2004 and, to the best of my knowledge, the device has never gained traction with our members.
