I say, go for it, Mike.  The LBE is unique enough I think it would garner some interest just on the device itself.

I like this sort of thing and appreciate the "If you arrive by bike or foot" discount-- it is right up my alley.   If i just pulled over and started selling pizza out of a truck or trailer I think I'd get shot and hauled away by local police!
