I have read/heard that true Neapolitan pizzas are considered a healthy pizza, when I say healthy this is compared to other pizzas. Has anyone every determined the nutritional value of a typical margherita pie? If this is true would be a great marketing tool when discussing we need to eat more when discussing dinner options with my wife. Help!
