Instand Dry Yeast Vs Active Dry Yeast.

I am looking for some help I have always used active dry yeast in my dough formulas.I am looking to switch to Instant Dry yeast do I use around 25% less Instant dry yeast than the Active Dry yeast.Thanks for your help
