I'm Valentino not Varasano :)

I couldn't sleep tonight, and was flipping through channels and who should I see on my TV?-pftaylor of course! He was on an infomercial as the owner of Wood-Fired endorsing the the Ninja Master Prep! He says they use it at the restaurant for chopping their San Marzano tomotoes, and garlic among other things I can't recall. Also thanks to the Ninja their food processor is now collecting dust. I don't know why I find it funny that the inventor of the Raquel Low Dome Oven uses the Ninja but I do.  Laugh

According to the infomercial and the website it uses "ancient Asian metalmaking techniques", but the real secrets are the "ninja technology" and the "ninja blades". Now you too can "rule the kitchen" with the ninja!  For 3 payments of $19.95 + s & h of course!

I wish I DVR'd it, as it was kind of surreal. Has anyone else seen it?

Are you sure it was PFT and not some stunt double?

I don't think PFT has any Ninja moves in him, except maybe if Raquel Welch herself showed up in his place.  Grin

Looks like it's decent quality and not made in China.

BEWARE  BEWARE  BEWARE
I thought strongly about purchasing one of these as the concept is great;
BUT when I checked out customer purchases, there were a great deal of
complaints about the gears not only being plastic...they STRIP, thereby
rendering the ninja useless.  The ninja is made in China.
For those still interested, you can go to QVC.com and purchase the ninja for the
same price as listed on ninja's website BUT with DOUBLE the LARGE & SMALL
pictchers and lids...

I woke up this morning to feed my starter, before that I ate my breakfast. I turned on the Food Network and BAM I see PFTaylors face on my 56" Samsung. The commerical was for the Ninja Prep Master, its a blender. Heres a link to the site http://www.ninjakitchen.com/offer1.shtml. Here is a link of a video showing him for two seconds at 1:06 into the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6wRYd5H3koA , the one I saw though was of him talking for a minute or two. It shows him using it in his pizzeria and you see him using his oven making some pizza. I couldnt stop laughing that I saw him, it was cool.
