These have been around forever, but still good snapshots of Neapolitan oven construction. This picture series is easier to see on the US importers

It's still topical & worthwhile as I doubt most have seen these pictures. There aren't many Neapolitan oven construction pictures in the wild. I only meant to clarify that they have been on that website for several years.
