I have a question. I recently ordered several things form http://www.pennmac.com/.   Two of those indgredients were perishable.   The order arrived in one day.  The package arrived in good condition and inside styrofoam was the repackaged sliced peperoni and a 5lb package of grand crumbled cheese.  There was a single small cold pack in decent shape.  The cheese indicated to store at 42.   I checked the internal temp and it was 52.  Would anyone consider that an issue?  The cheese was cool but not cold.   Just curious if others have ordered cheese like this and this will not be an issue.  The rest of my order a screen and 15lbs of All trumps flour were in great shape and packaged well.
