I'm just curious as to peoples favorite way to do green peppers and onions on a pizza:

Do you dice each, sliver each?  Slice the green pepper so the entire circumference of the pepper is intact (like circles)?

Obviously this is personal preference, but I'm just curious as if to anyone has any favorite ways to do this.

I plan on doing this tomorrow night.

I roast them.. peel of the skin...and have them ready for the guest to top.
