what i mean in the post is that he uses glad containers after the dough is balled....

Pay me no mind, just being funny in the time lapse sense, sorry. I'm in bad way lately as since I went to 15" pies and tried the dough calculator my pies have gone to hell, can't figure out why. My 6 day doughs are dead on arrival, tear, white non rising rims, just lost interest in the whole thing basically. So sorry to be sarcastic, I'll just keep it to myself.  Lips Sealed
