I had this the other day and it was amazing.  I made a 14-inch version and it was probably the best deep-dish pizza I have ever made.  The only change I made was using .5% salt and my own sauce recipe.  I recently moved and this is the first deep-dish pizza that has actually turned out good from this oven.

I decided to add a picture of my second attempt at making this showing the pre-cooked and post-cooked pizza.  These were taken with my cell-phone so the quality isn't great.  This is a 14-inch version instead of the 15-inch made by DKM.  I cooked it for 23 minutes and it was a little overdone but still delicious.

Did you find it easy to pat out and pull the sides up?

It took me about twice the time as you to pat out the dough for a 14-inch.  I made a 9-inch version today just for myself that turned out good.  My previous favourite deep-dish recipe was the DKM recipe on the home page but this new one of yours takes the cake.
