Tried the Piero's Pizza recipe, came out great

I tried the Piero's Pizza recipe found here:

I followed the instructions to the letter except I pressed the dough into the pan as you would a Chicago deep dish. I also didn't use the Edem cheese and instead used a combo of mozz and cheddar. I tried it as a lark after someone posted the link somewhere here at Pizzamaking.com, and I am surprised how good it came out.

It is just a website recipe for a pan or deep dish style pizza. I decided to follow the steps on the website and see how it came out and it came out very good.
