hey dude,

do you have photoshop? or paint?

if so, shrink down the pic's image size then re-save it... or crop it up some and re-save with whatever program you view images in (if its capable of this).

Resample the image to 640 x 480 at 72 dpi. Save as JPEG.

Or, send it to me via email and I'll resample it for you.  :)
