I am having a problem when I make my dough in the mixer with a dough hook. I add all of the dry ingredients to the mixer......turn it on and add the water and yeast. The bottom of the mixer bowl stays dry and I need to shut it off and manually mix this stuff back in. Then the bottom of the dough has these little lumps in it! HElp!!!! What am I doing wrong??? I've tried adding the water fast and slow with the same result. UGH!!!
