I made a deep dish the other day having not made one in awhile. Turned out great as I have to be very careful in my old oven. I ate way too much. I used more oil than I have in the past & it really makes a difference but all that fat is a scary thing. I mean compared to my NY which has only around 4 oz of Mozzarella, 2 oz of Romano, T of EVOO on top. I really find quality tomato is good enough that I don't need meat. I love both but the problem is I can't stop eating either one. Definitely something I should only make occasionally for health reasons. Ha!
