Here's one with less hot sauce on top.

I parbaked the dough before adding the toppings, so it's not a strict NY-Style Pizza (but that's just for the photo).

These pies are truly amazing!

My god, in Posts #90 and #91 the pizza crust looks almost identical to Little Ceasar's back in the early 90s when their pizza was decent.  Road Pizza, care to share your crust recipe?

Tried another white pizza today with applewood pepper smoked bacon, Allesio's Alfredo sauce I purchased at market, Gouda smoked cheese, Pizza Cheddar I purchased at market that is made with raw milk, my regular cheese and bits of tomatoes.  The dough was the boardwalk style of dough.

The final pizza was very tasty!  ;D

I called this white pizza my birthday white pizza and shared it with other vendors in my area.

Thanks for the congratulations but dang you Peter I am not an octogenerian yet.  Sometimes I feel like I might be one though.

It made me feel good earlier today that Paulie Gee mentioned me on his Twitter account and then sent me a link in an email  This is what Paulie said.  http://t.co/I6OivZX3LN http://t.co/CzAATJub5B   Paulie must have a great mind to remember that article.  :o I had to chuckle that Paulie had the Norma's Pizza hat on too.  Paulie sure is a nice man.  :D

Thanks Jon for calling me young!  ;D  No, I had no one give me birthday spanking this year and one to grow on.  I guess the birthday spanking might have helped me because I think the tradition of birthday spankings were meant to give good luck and came from the way that doctors pat the bottoms of newborn infants to stimulate their bodies into action more quickly.  Maybe birthday spankings are more like love taps.  >:D ;D

I don't mean to get this thread more off-topic more but thought I would share what happened with the birthday presents my granddaughter and brother gave me.  My brother gave me a birthday card before he left to go back to Colorado and said not to open it until my birthday.  I opened the card late last evening and it had a lot of Pa. Lottery tickets inside.  I don't usually purchase any lottery tickets because my luck with them is not good.  My granddaughter also gave me a lottery ticket inside of a card.  I did not scratch off any of the lottery tickets in any special order.  When I scratched off the lottery ticket my granddaughter gave me it showed that I had won 5,000.00.  ;D  I was very excited and my granddaughter kept laughing.  I could not figured out why she was laughing so much when I was so excited.  ??? I then asked my granddaughter if she was jealous that I had won all of that money.  She kept laughing.  I then said I would share the won money with her since she purchased the lottery ticket.   She then said turn the lottery ticket over and read what was on the back.  I guess that was another one of my duh moments in not realizing the lottery ticket she purchased was not a Pa. Lottery ticket.  :-D I also thought the birthday card my brother gave me was pretty hilarious.
