One of my employees suggested he would be willing this summer to use his bike to deliver.

Does anyone know, if delivery by bike or electric bike can be done without any vehicle insurance.  I have standard restaurant insurance and workers comp in place.

What would be the risks/ finacial exposure .

I think your question would best be answered by both your commercial and workmans-comp insurance agent.
If the delivery person was a sub-contractor, it would be a different story.
