I want to bake my crust on gritty cornmeal. My favorite pizza from Monicals is cooked that way.
This past weekend I did a fairly decent attempt at a recipe. However, the cornmeal I used on the bottom of the dough was way too soft and ground up too fine.
Can anyone recommend a good gritty cornmeal with larger pieces? I don't have access to a close Trader Joe's or whole foods.
