used up a bag of GM Full Strength

 I used a up a bag of GM Full Strength 53381, now I see the dist has alot of flour, I was thinking of trying an unbleached, such as GM Remarkable 57122 or GM Full Strength 53395 for pizza dough and home breads any thoughts on which one.
