I would be very interested to see some pictures of a pizzeria bianco pizza. I have heard so many amazing things about this pizza from very reputable people. Anyone have any pictures of a chris bianco masterpiece?

Ron,

I found some photos of Pizzeria Bianco, including one of its pizzas, at http://www.thurrott.com/2004/04/phoenix-09/. I have read so many different versions of the flours used at the pizzeria that I have no idea of what they are really doing. Maybe you can tell by looking at the photo of the pizza.
