Peter, your topping suggestions sound great. My Spice recipe is a bit different.
2/3rd cups oatmeal
2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp dried minced onions
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Place these ingredients in a blender and pulse a few times to mix everything up.
Brown 2 Lbs of ground beef then drain. Add 1 tsp of minced garlic, 2 tsp vinegar, 2 TBS of butter, and the seasonings. Salt and pepper to taste.
