Looking for advice
« on: March 05, 2010, 07:47:16 PM »
The store/bakery I work at is toying with the idea of doing a take-and-bake type of program.  I was wondering if anyone had any advice regarding method, recipe, baking and so forth.  For example - is a refrigerated or frozen dough better?  What kind of crust works best?  Any pointers that could be passed along would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Chad

I also have been toying with the idea of a take and bake pizza.  I posted a question on PMQTT and if anyone want to see what other members have answered me this is the link.
