Pan Sides
« on: March 10, 2010, 07:23:43 PM »
Well I received the 14" pan that I ordered today and it has a slight taper to it instead of the straight sided pan that I thought I was ordering. Anyway, should this matter at all for making Chicago style pizza or should I call the company I ordered it from and have them swap it out?

Thanks!!!

Should be no problem at all its only looks and maybe helps a bit with the ease of removal of  finished pizza from the pan? I also have 1 pan with a slight taper although I prefer classic the staight sided, many use the tapered style. Its the Same dough same crust. Should be fine.
Go for it!
