Learning how to make the perfect New York Style Pizza

Does anyone out there teach classes on making a New York Style Pizza?  Do you offer classes in your shop or travel to new businesses to teach them on site?  We are very interested in finding someone to help us learn how to make the perfect New York Style pizza before we open our pizzeria.   We will be using a Blodgett 1060 deck pizza oven.  If you provide these services please contact us as soon as possible.   DLD120696@aol.com.    Thank you!

Why bother going to a school stay on here for a little while and you'll learn way more than a class that will cost money.
