I'm curious to know what (if any) condiments everyone uses at the table on their pizza? Grated Parmesan or Romano? Freshly grated or that sawdust like stuff? Chile pepper or any other spices?
Many years ago, our friends returned from a vacation in France with a bottle of olive oil filled with tiny hot peppers. They had seen these in use at pizza restauranrs there - you drizzle the oil on your pie. We still use this stuff a lot - if I can't find any to buy, I make my own.
What's the weirdest or sickest thing you've seen used as a pizza condiment. I knew a guy who ate his pizza with Ketchup!!
