This pesto sauce is made by Santa Barbara . the same people who make the fresh salsa sold in supermarkets. YES there is noticeably more garlic flavor and very smooth Paste. The sourdough girl recipe I used was slightly more dense not chunky,just thicker. But yes, I may add some more Garlic to that recipe when basil comes in this Year. I have not heard from SD girl and I Hope all is OK with her!
