You might want to use the search feature at the PMQ Think Tank forum at http://thinktank.pmq.com/viewforum.php?f=6. If you use the search term "Picard" (without the quotes), you should find several posts on Picard ovens.

I am not a professional and don't follow these sorts of things closely but I do read regularly at the PMQ Think Tank and I don't see much discussion of the Picard ovens. You might register at the PMQ Think Tank and pose your questions there to see if you get any responses.
