Hello people,

I am going to make some NY style pizzas this weekend and fancy a cheesy affair, I am going to try a 4 cheese pizza and wondered what cheeses you would recommend for it? I was thinking Mozzarella/Grana Padano and two others... any of your ideas would be very welcome.

Are you using them all on 1 pie? mixing them using them separate ? what sauce?
I like Provolone, and Goat ! Or riccotta mix is good too!
