I was wondering if anyone has ever tried adding some Velvetta cheese on their toppings, we were at a pizza place last week for the 5th time and there was something in the cheese that I could not put my finger on, my wife hit it, there was a hint of velvetta cheese or some kind of cheese that has a hint of that flavor, so I picked up some velvetta and put a very light layer maybe 2 talbespoons total spread out over a sicilain type pie like maybe a 10x17 area and then my white cheddar and some mozzeralla. someone has to try this, the flavor is different and rather tasty.
