Hello fellow pizza lovers,
Can you advise me on how long 16kilo sacks of flour last for as a rough guide and any storage advice would be very welcome.

I can't guess how long your flour would last, that would depend on how often you make pizza and in what quantities. As to storage of flour I try to keep mine securely wrapped and stored in our freezer to perhaps keep the weevils out and help keep it fresher.
