Bakers pride P-1 electric.

I have a vintage single deck Bakers Pride P-1, that came with my concession stand. It's electric & runs on 220 volts. This year I'll be making pizza from scratch (thanks to this forum).  I not sure how to set this oven right. It seems to get too hot on top, & not hot enough on the bottom.  My home gas oven made better pizza's. Is anyone on here familar with the P-1?   ??? Thanks!

I guess that I must have everyone stumped on this model oven. But my wife & I finnally got it working great. We pulled out the stone & noticed a lot of extra "insulation" around the bottom heating element.  :o You guessed it! The house of Mickey! This could have caused a fire!
