Can you find the "Chiodini" mushroom in US?

Hi all

I was wondering if it was easy to find the above mushroom in US (latin name "Armillaria mellea"), as in my opinion are the best to add to a simple white pizza.

They need to be pre-boiled, and therefore it is best to use the one preserved in olive oil.

I did some checking for you about these mushrooms you are looking for & this is what I found out.  "CHIODINI" mushrooms can not be cultivated so they are difficult to find unless you to the area where they do grow. I also learned that the nearest mushroom that is a good substitute is the "PIOPPINI OR ALSO KNOWN AS "beech mushroom. If you wish to discuss it further call AARON the head chef at 1-866-449-8079.
