Someone went to a lot of trouble to create a very unfunny video. Great production, mediocre acting, amateur writing. Nice try, but this one isn't going viral.

Well I have serious old f*rt cred and I think slapping a Domino's tattoo over an iconic film moment doesn't show much creativity. Hey, you kids, get off my lawn!

Thanks, Patrick. I hadn't seen those ads. Almost all the TV I watch is TiVo'd so I rarely watch commercials. I'll give Domino's points for a ballsy approach. (Are their pies actually edible now? Do I have the nerve to try?) I still think the satire was lame, especially given its high production values.

I had only eaten Dominos twice in my life.  I thought I would give the new ones a try because of the special, two medium pies with two toppings for $5.99 each.  I purchased a hand tossed and a thin crust.  They were not good at all, in fact we never ate the leftovers.  Can't figure why it's that hard to make something even half good.

I agree completely.......not defending Domino's AT ALL, but with any similar type of mass marketed product (Budweiser, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, etc) that is not only sold at multiple locations but made at various locations, it is no small challenge to come up with a product that tastes the same no matter where you eat it.  --K
