Possibly a silly question - I've always felt like the correct answer was 'nothing'
Maybe I'm just getting carried away but pizza #3 was amazing last night and I want to expand my menu.
Do any of you put together any side dishes?
My gf is a big fan of bread-sticks, so I thought I'd give them a try. After doing some reading, it seems like most pizza shops use the same dough for the bread-sticks as they do for the crust. Is that a problem for us Chicago-style pizza lovers? I'm still using the DKM dough recipe found on the main page (although, Pizza #4 is going to be a new one, just for the sake of variety
