What Else Do You Serve With Your Chicago-Style Pizza...? Breadsticks?

Possibly a silly question - I've always felt like the correct answer was 'nothing'   Maybe I'm just getting carried away but pizza #3 was amazing last night and I want to expand my menu.

Do any of you put together any side dishes? 

My gf is a big fan of bread-sticks, so I thought I'd give them a try.  After doing some reading, it seems like most pizza shops use the same dough for the bread-sticks as they do for the crust.  Is that a problem for us Chicago-style pizza lovers?  I'm still using the DKM dough recipe found on the main page (although, Pizza #4 is going to be a new one, just for the sake of variety  )

Because deep dish dough is more like a biscuit dough than a bread dough, you probably won't want to use them for breadsticks (unless you knead that dough for another five minutes and let it rise before baking).

I don't usually serve sides because deep dish pizza will full you up pretty good on its own.

Shots of bourbon

Coffee

Spinach dip in a french bread roll

Pretty soon things degenerate into a bow and arrow thing in the back yard, or jarts, or shooting bb guns at street lights, or throwing firecrackers at the cat and the food is a distant memory.  At best you wind up in the forest preserve or a church parking lot playing softball.
