I would like to ask if anybody have any tips regarding take away pizza, I got to the point I am quite happy with my pizza but when I put it in the box and take it home it loses a great amount of its quality. I want to point out that the termoisolated bag i have for the transport is profesional, it holds the temp very well and can be constantly heated up when in the car. What bother me the most is the moist which is absorbed by the pizza, the cardboard box has few holes for the steam to get out but my thinking is that it is useless as far as there is no ventylation in the bag, when it is closed there is no way the air is getting out, maybe two small pipes put into it would help? Any advice would be appreciate, thanks, Adam
