I would like to ask if anybody have any tips regarding take away pizza, I got to the point I am quite happy with my pizza but when I put it in the box and take it home it loses a great amount of its quality. I want to point out that the termoisolated bag i have for the transport is profesional, it holds the temp very well and can be constantly heated up when in the car. What bother me the most is the moist which is absorbed by the pizza, the cardboard box has few holes for the steam to get out but my thinking is that it is useless as far as there is no ventylation in the bag, when it is closed there is no way the air is getting out, maybe two small pipes put into it would help? Any advice would be appreciate, thanks, Adam

The type of problem you describe is one that comes up from time to time at the PMQ Think Tank forum at http://thinktank.pmq.com/viewforum.php?f=6. You might want to register at that forum and post your questions there. If you can come up with the right keywords you might also be able to find relevant posts by using the Advanced search feature on that forum.

There a few different products available to help this, a corrugated box liner helps, and there is also plastic screens to keep this from happening too.

the PMQ forum has plenty of info in their archives about this, and also advertising for these products.

thanks for help, i will try to find some info at the forum indicated, i had a quick look but felt a bit lost there, i had a look at some corrugated box liner but i failed to see how that may help? some closer look would be well appriciated, thanks
