Who: A Mano – The Ridgewood based Neapolitan trattoria that specializes in authentic Neapolitan fare
What: Free demo and tasting. A Mano’s specially trained chefs and pizzaiuoli will make montanare, fried dough puffs with A Mano’s freshly made tomato sauce and a touch of pecorino romano cheese, and will also make and pull mozzarella from scratch.
Where: Williams-Sonoma, Garden State Plaza
When: Saturday, May 8th, 1:00 pm
