Good Sauces

I read through the bulk of the info on Encylopizza.com last week and printed the sauce recipes there.

So far I have used two of them and have been more than pleased. With some tweaking I think that I have found my regular sauce.

They are worth a try. With a little conversion in the amounts, since the amounts given are for commercial use.

That link covers normal sauce, but not BBQ  :(

Does anybody know where I can find a recipe of a nice BBQ sauce?

Thanks.

uh Shaveovens, you know this is a pizza forum right?  JK BBQ sauce? for pizza or for bbq? Just go out and buy your favorite one or google "BBQ sauce recipes".  There are 100's out there.
