Bosch Universal Plus price?

isnt this available in the $360 range?  Does Bosch dictate the retail price?  seems like the hits I found are all $399.

Depending on what extra accessories you get with it, the prices can vary a bit.  Also is shipping included or not?

I searched for the basic one, no blender or anything, shipping included.  found $399 a few places.  I thought I saw $360-ish just a couple weeks ago.....

When I was lusting after the Bosch the best price, and most every price I found was $399, nothing less.  Not sure about price control but that does seem a bit too consistent.  One would think some place some where would put these on sale sometime.

I've been told, whether it is true or not, that on some appliances the manufacturer dictates a cannot-sell-below price.  I assume they all tend toward that then, in this case $399.
