...and boy, was I disappointed. I make a decent pie at home. Good enough that I have not bought pizza in over 2 years. I think that my pies are "okay", but not good enough to sell at a pizza joint. Well, I might need to re-think that. The pizza that I bought today was at a place that is owned by some folks that , according to a recent article in our local paper, know what they are doing. They come from families that have run pizza places for years up North (I'm in VA). Well, I was less than impressed. The crust was not good. The sauce was not good. The toppings were okay. All in all, not a good pizza. I guess I will just have to keep making my own, and I might even start to listen to the folks that tell me it is really good!
