David,  thats pushing it a a bit I think,  unless you ate looking for tha keste whole bin rise square types. -marc

Yea, I mean I don't mind them touching because I can still get them round. I put 15 280g balls in the box I have now and it looked like the Keste box and they came out fine. They weren't over blown like in the third tray, they looked like the second tray at 0:58 in the video.

I posted theses earlier from Amano, where Roberto used to work they use a standard full size tray  you can see how many they have there I think it was 15 balls  squares per tray 1st shot is 2nd tray undneath 2nd pic is the one they were working from which was almost overblown? Tasted great  :P I had one of those !!
