Hi Paul,
I was working on freight rates to the UK however they were so high, it went to the "back burner".  Now with the dollar so weak it may make sense to ship to the UK.
Please re send your email.
Thanks,
Mike

Pulled the trigger tonight and order a few of these artisan dough trays. I  do a lot of parties and need the room and proper sealed storage. I have 2 close to this take and bake pan  than are covered and sealed (Take and Bake) but they were $22.95 ea. + tax!! so I can now do 24 dough balls comfortably. Not sure what everybody else will eat ?? :-D
Thanks Mike!!

John,  I think you will love them.  If you will be using them like I do,  have them ship you an extra lid.   Otherwise the flexiblility they offer is compromised.  Its well worth the 7.50,  and if you catch it before they ship it'll cost less.  -marc

Yea, I mean I don't mind them touching because I can still get them round. I put 15 280g balls in the box I have now and it looked like the Keste box and they came out fine. They weren't over blown like in the third tray, they looked like the second tray at 0:58 in the video. http://slice.seriouseats.com/archives/2010/12/how-to-make-neapolitan-pizza-dough-with-kestes-roberto-caporuscio.html

I posted theses earlier from Amano, where Roberto used to work they use a standard full size tray  you can see how many they have there I think it was 15 balls  squares per tray 1st shot is 2nd tray undneath 2nd pic is the one they were working from which was almost overblown? Tasted great  :P I had one of those !!
