WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STORE DOUGH IN THE FRIDGE? AND FOR HOW LONG AFTER 1 HOUR FIRST RISE?

from the advice pete-zza gave me... i use a big zip loc storage bag.. or a bread bag.

just put your dough in there right after mixing and zip it up and throw it in the fridge :)

also most guys here dont use a 1 hour rise after mixing, just put it directly into the fridge for 24-48 hours.

i usually do about 18-24 hours.

hey dude :)

i just fry them until they look nice and golden brown.

once you try those things you'll crave them all the damn time, they're like the ultimate doughnuts :)
