Both were on cast iron pizza pan on gas grill. Surface temp was 560deg and cooked for about 6 minutes. Used Peter Reinhart dough.
First was Sausage Pepperoni, Spinach, Onions, Mushrooms, Olives(and some horrible florescent lighting that makes it look yellow)
Second was sausage, pepperoni, jalapenos.
I'll probably have one more on the grill before my FB oven is finished. Can't wait.
