I have a really great mild Creole sauce I use for jambalaya. I was thinking of spreading it thin on the dough, topping with mozz, and andouille sausage. My wife is gone tomorrow night so I'm going to try making it. It's either going to be great or I'm going to heave. Right now, I'm not sure what will happen. In the past I've taken one bite of some of my concoctions and thrown the entire pie in the trash can so ya nevah know! If I don't post again here, I died.
...hmmm maybe I should really push the envelope and go with the SPICY Creole sauce?
