
I like it hot.
This is a Wheat-za. Not 100% happy with the crust but it was the first attempt.
The sauce is my own. Ingredients as follows;
14 oz Del Monte Organic tomatoes.
1/2 tsp Red New Mexican Chili Powder.
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Tabasco Chipotle Sauce
The Paprika and the Chipotle work well together in terms of smoke flavour!
Topping:
Kosher Shredded Mozzarella
Red Bell Pepper
Jalapeno
I'd say this was mild compared too how hot I like it. Dairy does minimize the heat though. It has a good up front kick but no lingering mouth burn like some hot sauces.
I made a Habanero deep dish in may which I'm going to do again as the taste was out of this world, so I'll post that one at a later date...fun challenge all the same.
