Bosch Universal plus mixer

  I have a question on the Universal Plus, can it handle a 5 lb bag of flour & 18 eggs, I have a friend who makes pasta twice a week with a Kitchen Aid Pro 600 and she got the extended warranty. she gets about a year and the gear head fails, she normally gets a refurb unit under warranty  when she calls in for a replacement, can the Bosch handle this same load.

chet,  is there other liquid involved?  if not then it sure should be able to.  I mixed a 5# bag at 60 percent hydration last week with no problems at all.

   I don't think there are any other liquids involved it is a pasta recipe. but thanks for the prompt reply, I will pass this info on to her.
