This came out pretty good, I think I need to roll it out a little thinner next time.

Thank You DKM

Jeff,

Your pizza looks great.  You have a good spread of toppings that is not overwhelming.  I bet every bite had a different flavor.    :-D

Grilled Pizza

TJ,

I have never been to Buddy's Pizza, where is it located?

Thank you for the kind words about the DKM I attempted, it is only the second pizza I have ever made.

Are those meatballs, or sausage? If sausage, did you put them on raw, or ??

Great looking pizza! I just watched a show on cracker-style pizzas and came here to find how to make one myself..

Steve in FL,

I roll the Italian sausage into balls and precook for 5 minutes at 450 before adding it to my pizza.

I precook my sausage to get rid of some of the grease however many people do not precook it.

Thank you for the compliment.

Have a most awesome evening,

Jeff...

Thanks for the info, Jeff.

Are you in MI? Buddy's Pizza has 9 locations in the surrounding 'burbs of Detroit.. I am currently a displaced worker, moved back to MI to stay with family whilst waiting for the economy go pick up again.. But the upswing is, I have access to Buddy's!!

Steve in FL,

I am an hour north of Chicago.

Thanks for the info on Buddy's, maybe one day we will get out there for a treat.
