One of my favorite pizza restaurants is/was Lo Coco's in Piedmont - but that was years ago (80s & 90s). I tried it recently and it seemed that they lost the recipe.
Does anyone know what kind of cheese they sprinkled on top just before serving? I want to replicate Gilberto’s Special, but don’t know what they used.
