Crawfish, fajitas and sausage, then pizza.

What? No steak?  ;D

I had plenty doughs left from last weekend, so I fired it up tonight.

1. Pepperoni, mushroom and some onion.

2. Same pie.

3. Precooking Italian sausage on the grill.

4. Red and green bell peppers with onion.

5.  Shrimp in the hole.  See that gap in the back?  That opens to that from nothing on a cold oven.

6. Shrimp and jalapeno.

I still have a couple of doughs left, so foccacia it is.  This is rosemary bread, rosemary, cracked black pepper, salt, and garlic infused olive oil.

I made a batch of dough early this morning on a whim.  I decided I want pizza tonight, so it will be a 12 hour warm rise dough at best.

5 cups KABF
2.75 cup water
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ADY

4 balls 280-300g for 14-16" pizzas.

I am keeping it simple, pepperoni, Italian sausage, and a mushroom/garlic but I am making a Hangover, with the addition of a little hot honey to it.

I'm making a hangover too. I'll probably make some pizza as well.  ;D

They look thick, but those are 16" thin and crispy.

I have to say the Boar's head pepperoni is pretty good.  Most HEBs are fine with slicing it to a #2, and if they balk, I do not let them.

I added the hot honey to the rum soaking cherries this morning.  Oh hell yeah.

The only thing better than pizza hot from the oven is pizza reheated the next day.  Here is the Italian sausage, fresh jalapeno, and onion.
