I made a batch of dough early this morning on a whim. I decided I want pizza tonight, so it will be a 12 hour warm rise dough at best.
5 cups KABF
2.75 cup water
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ADY
4 balls 280-300g for 14-16" pizzas.
I am keeping it simple, pepperoni, Italian sausage, and a mushroom/garlic but I am making a Hangover, with the addition of a little hot honey to it.
